Back to (DIY) work

One of my favorite hobbies before Griffin was born, was working on our house.  We've made improvements here and there, some small changes, and some larger renovations.  Our house was built in 1950 and the couple who lived here before us had been here the entire time!  When we bought our house it was decorated like a 1950's sitcom....it could have been in an episode of "I Love Lucy," if she ever had traveled to Minnesota.

All of the above transformations have been done largely by yours truly.  I kind of feel guilty taking all the credit and leaving none to Nate, but let's be honest, his favorite thing to tell people when he gives house tours is that I like to shop at Home Depot:).  We also did finish our basement, but most of that work was done by contractors, we just added some finishing touches!
